4 Day - Manager to Leader Program
This program develops confident, credible leaders who can manage people effectively, not just tasks.
Participants build the self - awareness, emotional intelligence and practical leadership skills needed to handle difficult conversations, address performance issues early and lead consistently under pressure. We’ve seen improved retention and more sustainable performance across organizations.

Valentine Leadership Group was founded by Emma Turner MSc CMgr, a leadership development practitioner with over 15 years experience leading people in demanding, operational environments. Emma has spent her career coaching and mentoring managers at every stage of leadership - from first-time supervisors to senior leaders - and understands the pressure and people challenges that come with the role.
